- We are seeking a Business Transformation Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in driving business transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across organizations.

Responsibilities

- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement business transformation strategies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to drive change management initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the progress of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Utilize data analytics to assess performance and inform decision-making.
- Support the development of business cases for transformation initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

- Master's degree in Business Administration,



Management, or a related field.
- 9-12 years of experience in business transformation, consulting, or a related role.
- Robust understanding of business process reengineering and change management methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
