Essential Responsibilities:

- Formulate and be accountable for overall program/project planning, delivery, and achievement of objectives aligned with the innovation stage gate process (problem exploration, ideation, proposal development, PoC/MVP testing, launch, monitoring, and incubation/transfer).
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, ensure alignment and engagement; develop and execute change and leadership alignment strategies.
- Lead analysis of strategic innovation opportunities; prepare concept briefs, business case documentation, and presentations based on identified problems or business needs.
- Develop business requirements or product specifications for relevant technology initiatives.
- Define project scope and goals, estimate budget and risks, and prepare detailed project plans using program/project management methodologies.
- Collect innovation ideas through crowd sourcing or leadership workshops, prioritize and combine them into actionable projects.
- Provide regular project performance updates, identify variances to plans, and recommend corrective actions.




- Conduct post-project evaluations to uncover root causes of variances and identify improvement opportunities.

The experience we are looking to add to our team:

Required:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Science, Health Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Consulting and Product Management

Valuable to have:

- 3+ years of experience in the US Healthcare industry
- Experience in Corporate Innovation, Digital Transformation, Change Management
- Knowledge of Human Centered Design / Design Thinking
- Agile methodology experience
- Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and issue resolution capabilities
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Experience influencing and advising senior executives
- Experience in matrixed organizational environments
- Background in Healthcare or Health Insurance industry
