- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
- Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications to guide project execution.
- Liaise with architects, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure materials and equipment are delivered and available in office as needed.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.
- Identify and resolve any technical issues or construction challenges.
- Prepare and maintain daily site reports, including progress, work logs, and incident records.
- Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Support the Project Manager in planning and execution phases.
- Ensure environmental protection standards and site-specific safety protocols are followed.
