Job Purpose

· Build, maintain, and scale interactive analytics dashboards and data-driven applications and ensure that the systems operate efficiently adhering to IT Security standards

· Turning complex datasets into intuitive, high-performance user experiences for internal stakeholders and customers

I. Job Responsibilities

- Dashboard Development: Design and implement responsive, real-time analytics dashboards using modern frontend frameworks and visualization libraries.
- Full Stack Ownership: Build end-to-end features—from REST/GraphQL APIs and database queries to polished UI components.
- Data Pipeline Integration: Connect dashboards to data warehouses, ETL pipelines, and streaming data sources.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure fast load times, efficient data fetching, and smooth rendering for large datasets.
- Collaboration: Partner with data engineers, product managers, and UX designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, testable code; participate in code reviews; maintain CI / CD pipelines.

II. Skills and Competencies

Front End

- 4+ years with React (or Vue / Angular) and modern JavaScript / TypeScript
- Robust experience with data visualization libraries: D3.js, Chart.js, Recharts, or Apache ECharts
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind / Material UI, and responsive design
- State management (Redux, Zustand,



or React Query)

Backend

- 5 to 8 years of experience with Node.js (Express / NestJS) or Python (Django/FastAPI)
- Experience designing RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- Database expertise: MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or ClickHouse; query optimization and indexing
- Familiarity with Redis for caching and session management

Data & Analytics

- Experience integrating with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
- Understanding of OLAP concepts, aggregations, and time-series data
- Exposure to Apache Superset, Metabase, Grafana, or Looker (building or extending)

DevOps & Tools

- Git, Docker, Kubernetes basics
- CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins)
- Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure (Lambda, S3, EC2, Cloud Functions)

III. Qualifications & Experience

· 5+ years of relevant work experience

Education

· Diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

· Experience with real-time data (WebSockets, Server-Sent Events, Kafka)

· Familiarity with Apache Airflow or similar workflow orchestration tools

· Knowledge of data modeling and dimensional schemas (star/snowflake)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
