Role & Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end production and on-ground execution of luxury weddings and destination events.
- Manage production timelines, manpower, logistics, material requirements, BOQs, and site readiness.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, technical discussions, and execution planning.
- Coordinate with designers, 2D/3D teams, florists, fabricators, lighting, furniture, AV, and other vendors.
- Manage vendor negotiations, deployment, coordination, and performance.
- Supervise fabrication, transportation, installation, event-day operations, and dismantling.
- Ensure decor, floral, lighting, furniture, structures, and overall finishing meet quality standards.
- Lead on-ground teams, contractors, and vendors and resolve execution issues quickly.
- Coordinate with design and client servicing teams for smooth event execution.
- Manage multiple events simultaneously and ensure timely delivery and site readiness.
- Handle last-minute requirements and event-day challenges effectively.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 5+ years of experience in wedding production, event production, wedding decor, luxury events, or hospitality.
- Hands-on experience in luxury/destination weddings or large-scale events preferred.
- Robust knowledge of decor production, fabrication, florals, lighting, furniture, structures,



and event logistics.
- Good understanding of BOQs, costing, production planning, vendor management, and site execution.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.
- Comfortable managing teams, vendors, tight timelines, and high-pressure event environments.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours during event periods.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
