Key Responsibilities

Order Management & Documentation

- PI Preparation: Draft and issue accurate Proforma Invoices (PI) based on buyer inquiries and negotiated terms.
- Order Processing: Ensure seamless entry of confirmed sales orders into the production system, verifying all technical specifications and compliance requirements.
- Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous digital and physical files for all international transactions, ensuring audit readiness.

Supply Chain Coordination

- Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the Factory (production schedules), Accounts (payment verification/LCs), and Logistics (shipping bookings and documentation).
- Workflow Optimization: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks in the order-to-delivery pipeline and implement solutions to maintain flow.

Sampling Process Management

- End-to-End Tracking: Oversee the complete sampling lifecycle, including factory requests, quality checks, and final packaging.
- Buyer Approval: Coordinate with clients to secure timely sample approvals, ensuring all feedback is integrated into the final production run.
- Dispatch & Delivery:



Manage international courier shipments for samples, ensuring they reach the buyer in line with strict deadlines.

Client Relations & Reporting

- Status Updates: Provide regular, transparent updates to international clients regarding order status, production milestones, and shipping timelines.
- Documentation Support: Guide clients through necessary documentation requirements (Certificates of Origin, Packing Lists, etc.) to ensure smooth customs clearance.

Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in international sales operations, export coordination, or merchandising.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in ERP software (SAP,and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; ability to collaborate across different time zones and cultures.

Pay: From ₹700,000.00 per year
