Position: Transition Manager – US Healthcare RCM

Experience: 10–15 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Transition Manager with 10–15 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM to lead end-to-end process transitions, operational readiness, and client delivery initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end transition projects from planning through go-live and stabilization.
- Manage transitions across US Healthcare RCM processes including AR, Claims, Denials, Provider Enrollment and related operations.
- Develop transition plans, project timelines, resource plans, governance frameworks and risk/RAID trackers.
- Coordinate with Operations, Product, Technology, QA and Business teams for seamless transition.
- Manage UAT, process documentation, SOPs, training, knowledge transfer and production sign-off.
- Drive client/stakeholder communication, governance meetings and executive reporting.
- Identify transition risks, dependencies and issues and ensure timely mitigation.
- Monitor SLAs, KPIs,



productivity and quality during transition and stabilization.
- Drive process improvement, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage onshore/offshore stakeholders and ensure successful handover to operations.

Required Skills:

- 10–15 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM.
- Strong experience in transition/project management and operational delivery.
- Good understanding of AR, Claims, Denials and Provider Enrollment.
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
- Experience with Agile/project management methodologies.
- Solid knowledge of RAID, UAT, governance, risk and change management.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Excel and Power BI is preferred.
- Healthcare certifications/project management certifications such as CSM or Six Sigma are an advantage.
