We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are looking to build a career in HR and gain practical exposure to various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Support the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and employees regarding HR-related requirements.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Support attendance and leave management activities.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain relevant trackers.
- Support the HR team in other activities and projects as required.
Requirements
- Qualification: MBA/PGDM/BBA or any relevant HR/management qualification.
- Experience: Fresher to 6 months.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
