Training Associate (On-Field)

Rs 25,000 per month

- 2-3 Years of work experience/Fresher from a reputed institute.

- Valuable communication skills(written and verbal).

- Proficiency in usage of office tools and smart art.

- Logical design understanding

- Develop and define the training framework and delivery structures with basic research and available standard tools (Will be inducted for the same).

- Identify and work closely with subject matter experts of respective field and derive the value oriented practical steps and structure for different vocational trades in defined formats.

- Review the training structures from time to time with practical execution, modify the same with inputs from different areas and stakeholders.





- Engage with interns and vendors for creation of e-platform based delivery modules. – AV experts, Translators, etc.

- Field visit and monitoring of the different initiatives on ground, build in regional institutional connect for more information and resource collection.
