We are looking for a talented Freelance 3D Low-Poly Game Artist / Modeler to create optimized 3D assets for our upcoming web-based games.
The ideal candidate should have experience creating attractive, stylized low-poly assets that are lightweight, game-ready, and suitable for children’s games.
Responsibilities
- Create low-poly 3D environments, buildings, trees, rocks, vegetation and other game props
- Create vehicles such as cars with unique designs and styles
- Design complete themed game environments such as beaches, farms, cities, forests and fantasy locations
- Create clean, optimized models suitable for real-time web games
- Apply textures, materials and simple lighting where required
- Optimize polygon count and textures without losing visual quality
- Export final assets in GLB / GLTF and other required game-ready formats
- Work from references, sketches and gameplay concepts provided by us
- Make revisions based on feedback and maintain a consistent art style across the game
Requirements
- Strong experience with Blender or similar 3D software
- Good understanding of low-poly modeling and optimization
- Experience creating assets for games
- Good understanding of topology, UV mapping, textures and materials
- Ability to create a clean, colorful and appealing stylized game-art look
- Experience preparing assets for Three.js, WebGL or web games is an advantage
- Must be able to share a portfolio showing previous low-poly 3D work

We are planning multiple games, so this can become a long-term freelance collaboration for the right artist.
