This is a highly hands-on role that requires the candidate to work closely with the leader, understand their vision and activities, and be available to support content and branding requirements on an ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Build and strengthen the individual's personal brand and online presence.
- Be available to accompany/support the individual during events, travel, meetings and other public engagements as required.
- Capture, coordinate and publish real-time content from events and activities.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, videos and other digital content.
- Coordinate photography, videography, graphic design and other creative requirements.
- Identify trending topics, formats and opportunities to increase reach and engagement.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity and content calendar.
- Monitor analytics and provide regular performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external creative agencies/vendors.
- Respond quickly to time-sensitive content and branding requirements.

What We're Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing,



Personal Branding or Content Creation.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends.
- Good skills in content writing, photography/video coordination and basic editing.
- Ability to work independently and take quick decisions when required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours based on events and the individual's schedule.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong sense of ownership, responsiveness and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

Ideal Candidate

Someone who is energetic, adaptable and highly committed, enjoys being on the ground rather than working only from an office, and is comfortable taking complete ownership of a public figure's day-to-day social media and branding requirements.
