About the Role

Our customers already recommend us — informally, inconsistently, and without us tracking any of it. This role turns that into a real channel.

As Customer Referral Manager, you'll own Backdropsource's customer referral program end to end: finding the customers who are genuinely happy with us, converting them into active referral sources, and building the incentives, outreach, and tracking that turn word-of-mouth into a predictable pipeline. You'll work primarily with our U.S. customer base, and you'll be measured on the revenue your referrals produce.

What You'll Own

- The program itself — Design and run a formal customer referral program, including incentive structures, referral tiers, and reward fulfilment.
- Customer identification — Proactively find high-satisfaction customers and bring them into the program.
- Relationships — Build and maintain genuine, personal relationships with key referring customers.
- Outreach systems — Create and refine referral request scripts, email sequences, and follow-up cadences.
- Tracking and payout — Track referral activity end to end (source, status, conversion, payout),



ensuring accurate attribution and on-time rewards.
- Sales handoff — Partner with the sales team to pass over qualified referred leads and ensure rapid, high-quality follow-up.
- Reporting — Report on program KPIs — referrals generated, conversion rate, cost per acquisition, revenue attributed — and recommend improvements.
- Collateral — Coordinate with Marketing on referral one-pagers, testimonial videos, and case studies.

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years in customer success, account management, sales, or partnerships / referral marketing
- Demonstrated ability to build genuine, long-term relationships with customers and partners
- Excellent spoken and written English — you'll be on calls with U.S. customers regularly
- Comfortable owning a number: self-motivated, organised, and consistent with CRM hygiene and follow-up

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
