Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Hematology Lab Technician to perform routine hematology investigations, sample processing, equipment handling, and documentation while following laboratory SOPs and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, verify, label, and process blood samples as per SOPs.
- Perform routine hematology investigations accurately and efficiently.
- Handle CBC, Hemoglobin, ESR, Peripheral Smear and other routine hematology tests.
- Prepare and examine peripheral blood smears as per laboratory procedures.
- Operate and maintain automated hematology analyzers.
- Perform daily instrument checks, calibration, and basic troubleshooting.
- Carry out required quality control (QC) procedures.
- Identify and report sample discrepancies, clotted samples, insufficient samples, or other abnormalities.
- Maintain proper records of test results, QC, maintenance, and sample processing.




- Ensure proper sample storage and disposal as per laboratory protocols.
- Follow laboratory SOPs, safety, infection-control, and quality procedures.
- Coordinate with senior technicians and pathologists whenever required.

Educational Qualification

- DMLT / ADMLT / B.Sc. MLT or equivalent qualification.
- Candidates with relevant laboratory experience will be preferred.

Experience

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in Hematology / Pathology Laboratory / Diagnostic Laboratory will be an advantage.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of routine hematology investigations.
- Basic knowledge of hematology analyzers.
- Good understanding of blood sample processing.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle laboratory workload.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
