Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline issue resolution and improve system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent downtime.
- Document troubleshooting processes and share knowledge to support continuous improvement.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in MySQL Database Administration.
- Experience in database performance tuning, backup and recovery strategies, and security management.
- Strong knowledge of database architecture, replication, and clustering techniques.
- Ability to analyze and optimize complex queries to improve system efficiency.
- Familiarity with scripting languages to automate routine database tasks.
- Experience in troubleshooting database-related issues in high-availability environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in MySQL Database Administration.
