- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Quick commerce retail staff on

product/process and customer service.

- Train store teams on standard operating procedures (SOPs), inventory control, and loss

prevention.

- Support the launch of new stores by providing pre-opening training and operational

readiness support.

- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, store performance metrics,

and audits.

- Collaborate with stakeholder to identify training needs and build development plans and

execute it.

- Time to time checking and providing feedback to update the training content.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in retail training, store management, or retail operations.

• Robust understanding of retail business processes including sales, inventory and customer

experience.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to motivate and engage diverse teams across multiple locations.

• Comfortable using training technology, POS systems, and Microsoft Office/Google

Workspace.

• Willingness to travel frequently to store locations as required.
