Manages the day-to-day business operations of the city and insuring effective management of fleet for on

time delivery and cost effectively.

Managing administrative of employees and functions and ensures administrative processes with company

policies and procedures and governmental regulations.

Managing and streamline of City business operation, Profit and Loss account ( P&L;),ATL & BTL plan for the

city. Operation Management of which include of staff hiring, coaching, skills development, recognition &

rewards, performance evaluation and management, discipline, addressing employee concerns and

staff productivity.

Responsible for managing and assigning employees to ensure the efficient sortation of packages through

facility, minimizing operational cost and maximizing operational quality,including the movement of

vehicle, tracking and administration of Hub.

Analyses operational performance through direct observation, interpretation of reports and

collaboration with others. Determines opportunities for improvement of key metrics and executes

action plans to achieve results.

Educates hub staff, including other management employees, and ensures compliance with all Big

basket policies/procedures and applicable governmental regulations.





Leads daily employee meetings to ensure workforce communication and understanding of

operational updates and daily goals.

Investigates, resolves and/or escalates customer service issues, as appropriate. Ensures

facility-wide service goals are met.

Ensures all information within a facility is collected, stored and reported accurately and timely

according to established administrative processes.

Responsible for training new employees regarding job duties and performance expectations and

ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and other training requirements,

including but not limited to training related to quality assurance, hazardous materials, and dock

safety.

Strong knowledge of handling the delivery hub in Region etc.

Should have good knowledge & experience in vehicle dispatch within city and intercity.-Positive

understanding of route planning, vehicle planning and route optimization.-Managing inbound &

outbound shipment, fill rate, operation issue etc.-Proper scheduling and timely dispatch plan and

manage employee shifts. Maintain the operational cash inflow & outflow. Managing operational

staff efficiently.-Improve the efficiency and cost effectiveness of the work.
