(2) Employee retention, quires handling etc

(3) Compliance and grievance management

(4) Current joiner induction, process training, hurdle etc

(5) Database management and share to the stakeholders etc

(6) Attendance tracking, OT management, Leave management etc

(7) Nightshift, Employee Engagement Activities ,PF Insurance, HR Audit,HR Compliance

Qualification

Any graduation or MBA in HR can apply

Experience

Minimum 1/2 years of experience is required in the same relevant role

Skills: Bpo, Customer Support, Customer Service

Experience: 0.00-4.00 Years
