Who are we looking for
- 2 to 8 years of on ground experience in NON-IT hiring space.
- Exposure towards hiring through various Job portals and other channels
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments within a structured implementation methodology
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Solid Analytical skills
- A motivated, self-directed individual that works well with minimal supervision
- Should be willing to work from office mode (5 days)
