About the Role:

Join one of India's fastest-growing beauty & personal care brands! We create award-winning products and engaging brand stories, and we need a Marketing Manager - Activation to drive brand visibility, customer loyalty, and channel growth across General Trade, Up-to-date Trade & EBOs.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Brand Activation & Consumer Engagement

- Develop & execute brand activation campaigns, trade promotions, and consumer engagement programs.
- Implement strategies to boost brand awareness & customer loyalty.

✅ Channel & Trade Marketing

- Manage channel strategies, budget planning & performance analysis.
- Build & nurture relationships with distributors, retailers, and internal teams.
- Oversee loyalty programs, merchandising & trade marketing initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

✔ 5+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Consumer Goods/Beauty & Personal Care preferred).

✔ Strong knowledge of retail channels, trade marketing, and campaign execution.

✔ Excellent people skills, logical thinking, and MS Excel proficiency.

✔ A fast learner who thrives in a dynamic & experimental environment.
