We are looking for a Workday HCM Technical Consultant with expertise in Workday Financials to support the successful implementation, configuration, and integration of Workday Financial Management solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting/finance knowledge, hands-on experience in Workday financial modules, and proficiency in business processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, General Ledger, and Budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and configure Workday Financial Management solutions based on business requirements.
- Work closely with clients to understand financial processes and design solutions accordingly.
- Create and customize financial reports as per business needs.
- Assist the integration team in integration design, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and execute test cases to ensure proper system functionality.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation.

Required Technical Skills:

- 4-8 years of relevant experience in consulting or industry roles.
- Solid knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial data analysis.




- Hands-on experience as a Workday Financials Functional Consultant or Administrator.
- Familiarity with various Workday financial areas such as Financial Accounting, Customer Accounts, Supplier Accounts, Transaction Tax, Revenue Management, Expenses, Procurement, and Cash Management.
- Experience in Workday Financials Integration and development & testing.
- Strong understanding of business processes:
- Procure-to-Pay
- Order-to-Cash
- General Ledger
- Fixed Asset Management
- Budgeting
- Grants and Awards
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Good to Have:

- Workday Financials certification or certifications in specialized Workday modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in integration testing and custom reporting.
