We are seeking a highly skilled Middleware Architect to design, develop, and optimize middleware solutions that support business applications and data integration. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with middleware technologies, including IBM Sterling Integrator, Axway B2BI, MuleSoft, IBM WebSphere, Apache/Tomcat, WebLogic, and Kafka. This role requires a solid background in data governance, master data management, and cloud-based hosting solutions, ensuring system efficiency, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and design middleware solutions that align with enterprise IT strategy and business objectives.
- Work with project teams to ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure, applications, and services.
- Identify opportunities for reusability and standardization across multiple business processes.
- Support software and data delivery platforms with reusable components to enhance flexibility.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement and optimize system performance.
- Analyze current architecture, identify weaknesses, and recommend improvements.
- Keep technology and service managers informed about key customer issues and potential risks.
- Research and evaluate emerging middleware technologies to enhance system capabilities.




- Define and recommend the appropriate tools and components for project implementation.
- Support change management initiatives and collaborate with project managers to track project progress.

- Middleware Technologies: IBM Sterling Integrator, Axway B2BI, MuleSoft, IBM WebSphere, Apache/Tomcat, WebLogic
- Integration & Data Management: Informatica PowerCenter, Master Data Management, Data Governance
- Messaging & Event Streaming: IBM MQ Series, Kafka
- Hosting & Deployment: Linux-based hosting, Container-based hosting, SaaS hosting
- Monitoring & Performance Management: New Relic or similar monitoring tools

Preferred Skills:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot middleware and integration challenges.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based middleware solutions and containerized architectures.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in agile and DevOps environments.
