We are seeking a skilled Pega CDH Developer/Lead with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, integrating, and optimizing Pega CDH solutions, ensuring seamless system performance, and troubleshooting production issues. They should have experience with Pega platform administration, API integration, production monitoring tools, and debugging techniques. A proactive mindset with a focus on performance enhancement and issue mitigation is essential.

Roles & Responsibilities:1. Pega CDH Development & Integration

- Develop, configure, and maintain Pega CDH applications.
- Design and manage REST APIs within the Pega platform.
- Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise applications.

2. Production Monitoring & Issue Resolution

- Monitor production environments using PDC, Tracer, and Pega logs.
- Proactively identify and resolve performance issues.
- Provide debugging and performance optimization support.

3. Platform Administration & Deployment

- Basic administration knowledge of Pega platform and its infrastructure.
- Manage version upgrades and ensure platform stability.




- Apply DevOps practices for deployment and testing, with experience in Deployment Manager preferred.

4. Data & Access Management

- Understand data flows and data management within Pega.
- Work with rule resolution, activities, and flows to optimize Pega applications.
- Ensure proper access control and role management.

5. Performance Enhancement & Best Practices

- Suggest and implement enhancements to improve system performance.
- Stay updated with Pega best practices and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

Good-to-Have Skills:

- Knowledge of Pega Cloud infrastructure and version upgrades.
- Experience with SQL and database tools.
- DevOps mindset with familiarity in automated deployment and testing practices.
