We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Financial Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Oracle Financials modules, including AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, and SLA, along with hands-on experience in implementation, support, and customization. This role is open to immediate to 15-day joiners who can contribute to ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle EBS R12 Financials modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, SLA).
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Perform functional configurations, setups, and enhancements within Oracle EBS Financials.
- Work closely with technical teams for custom development, interfaces, and reports.
- Assist in data migration, integration, and reconciliation between Oracle Financials and other enterprise systems.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and training sessions for end-users.
- Ensure compliance with financial and accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues,



ensuring system stability and performance.
- Provide ongoing support and optimization of Oracle Financials solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 4+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS R12 Financial Consultant.
- Strong expertise in AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, and SLA modules.
- Hands-on experience in functional setups, configurations, and process improvements.
- Knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL to collaborate with technical teams.
- Experience with Oracle EBS R12 upgrades, data migration, and integrations.
- Understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and tax regulations.
- Solid problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
