Position: Area Sales Manager
Location: Delhi & Haryana
Salary: ₹5,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum

About the Role

Saburi Plywoods is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive business growth across Delhi and Haryana. The ideal candidate should possess strong market knowledge, dealer/distributor network management experience, and a proven track record in sales within the plywood or building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Appoint, manage, and strengthen dealer and distributor networks within the assigned territory.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, builders, and channel partners.

- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.

- Ensure effective product placement, branding, and visibility across the territory.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.

- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and territory performance reports.





- Monitor collections and ensure timely payment recovery from customers.

- Participate in exhibitions, dealer meets, and promotional activities whenever required.

Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline. MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.

- 4–6 years of sales experience, preferably in the Plywood Industry.

- Candidates from the Building Materials industry (Laminates, MDF, Hardware, Decorative Products, Paints, Tiles, Sanitaryware, Cement, Steel, etc.) may also be considered.

- Strong dealer and distributor management experience.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

- Good knowledge of the Delhi & Haryana market.

- Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting.
