We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer/In-Charge to handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and electrical systems. The candidate will be responsible for minimizing machine downtime and ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment and utilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and production machinery.
- Troubleshoot issues related to motors, VFD/AC drives, electrical panels, MCC panels, sensors, PLCs, contactors, relays, and control circuits.
- Ensure smooth operation of production machinery such as extruders, mixers, pulverizers, feeders, and pelletizers.
- Maintain electrical utilities including air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, vacuum pumps, and EOT cranes.
- Identify and resolve electrical breakdowns quickly to minimize production downtime.




- Execute preventive maintenance schedules and maintain maintenance records.
- Ensure availability of critical electrical spare parts.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
- Follow electrical safety standards and maintain proper housekeeping and 5S practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or ITI Electrical.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Electrical Maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motors, VFDs, PLCs, MCC panels, sensors, and control panels.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in plastic extrusion, masterbatch, compounding, or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred.
