About the Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities

- Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise Windows infrastructure—Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and File/Print Services.
- Provide Tier 2/3 application support for business-critical line-of-business apps running on Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, and .NET stacks.
- Automate routine infrastructure tasks using PowerShell, batch scripting, and configuration management tools like SCCM or Ansible.
- Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure/application outages, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive controls.
- Collaborate with security, network, and cloud teams to harden systems, manage patch cycles,



and ensure compliance with internal SLAs and external standards.
- Document configurations, runbooks, and support procedures to enable knowledge transfer and reduce MTTR for recurring issues.

Skills & Qualifications

- Must-Have
- MCSE Certification (or equivalent Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / Windows Server Hybrid Administrator)
- Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
- Active Directory & Group Policy Management
- PowerShell Scripting
- IIS & .NET Application Support
- SCCM / Intune / Configuration Manager
- Windows Event Log & Performance Monitor Analysis
- Troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, and NetBIOS issues

- Preferred
- Azure Virtual Machines or Azure Automation exposure
- Experience with monitoring tools like Zabbix, PRTG, or SCOM
- ITIL Foundation Certification
