Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled, passionate, and detail-oriented Baker to join our growing Bakery & Food Production team in Ajman, UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced bakery professional who takes pride in producing high-quality products and maintaining excellent standards of taste, texture, presentation, hygiene, and food safety.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of professional experience working as a Baker and a solid understanding of bakery preparation and production processes. The role requires someone who can consistently follow established recipes, accurately handle ingredients, manage daily production requirements, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

As a Baker, you will play an important role in ensuring that all bakery products meet the required quality standards. You should have a strong commitment to cleanliness, organisation, teamwork, and workplace safety. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and capable of working closely with other members of the production team to achieve daily targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products according to established recipes and production standards.

- Ensure consistent quality, taste, texture, appearance, and presentation of all finished products.

- Measure, prepare, and handle ingredients accurately and carefully.

- Follow recipes, work instructions, production schedules, and company procedures.

- Assist with daily bakery preparation, baking, cooling, handling, and storage activities.

- Monitor products during the baking process to ensure the required quality standards are achieved.

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the bakery and food production areas.

- Follow all food safety,



hygiene, health, and workplace safety procedures.

- Ensure equipment, tools, and workstations are kept clean and properly maintained.

- Work effectively with colleagues and supervisors to meet daily production requirements.

- Maintain product quality and efficiency while working in a fast-paced setting.

- Support the team during busy periods and assist with additional production tasks when required.

- Handle ingredients and finished products carefully to minimise waste and maintain quality.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience working as a Baker.

- Valuable knowledge of bakery preparation, baking techniques, and production processes.

- Ability to prepare bakery products by following recipes and work instructions accurately.

- Understanding of ingredient handling and basic food preparation procedures.

- Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.

- Strong attention to quality, cleanliness, consistency, and presentation.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to perform efficiently in a busy and fast-paced production environment.

- Valuable organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Willingness to follow company policies, procedures, and production standards.
