Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and deliver technology projects
across our lending platform. The ideal candidate should have strong project management expertise, hands-on
experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional
teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Define, manage, and control project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient project execution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, process flows, status reports, and risk registers.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Facilitate communication between business, technical, and implementation teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and delivery practices.




Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a
related field.
• 6+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 2 years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, teams, resources, and stakeholders.
• Experience in project scope management, documentation, process mapping, and status reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Robust collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
Preferred Experience
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or Digital Lending domains.
• Understanding of Lending Lifecycle Management, Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management
Systems (LMS), and related financial technology solutions.
• Financial services or banking domain knowledge will be an added advantage.
