Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive – Production to help us identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and bring in production projects. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the creative/production industry and be comfortable working with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and reach out to potential clients for production and creative projects.
- Generate new leads through networking, research, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal production team to develop suitable solutions.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and project estimates with clients.
- Manage client communication from initial discussion to project closure.
- Coordinate with production, creative, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads, proposals, and ongoing business opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in media, advertising, creative, or production.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of production processes and creative services.
- Ability to understand client briefs and translate them into business opportunities.
- Solid networking and relationship-building skills.
- Good follow-up and client management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- A target-driven and proactive approach.
