We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Helper to support our Bakery and Food Preparation team. The successful candidate will assist the Baker and Sandwich Maker with daily preparation activities, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and support packing and labelling activities.
This role is ideal for an energetic individual who can follow instructions, work effectively as part of a team, and perform efficiently in a fast-paced food production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Baker and Sandwich Maker with daily food preparation activities.
- Support the preparation and organization of ingredients and food products.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the food preparation and work areas.
- Assist with packing and labelling food products accurately.
- Handle food products, ingredients, and materials carefully to maintain quality standards.
- Follow instructions, workplace procedures, and food safety guidelines.
- Keep equipment, tools, and work areas clean and organized.
- Support the team during busy periods to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Assist with general duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Skills & Experience
- Basic understanding of quality and hygiene standards.
- Ability to follow work instructions accurately.
- Basic knowledge of packing and labelling procedures.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Valuable attention to cleanliness and workplace organization.
