Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all accounting operations including accounts receivable, cash flow management, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.
- Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations, including preparation and filing of returns.
- Conduct statutory audit activities and ensure timely completion of audits.
- Prepare financial statements and reports, providing insights into financial performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to accounting processes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all financial transactions.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- B.Com / M.Com – Mandatory
- MBA – Desirable
- Experience:
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Finance within the Toys, Textile, or Manufacturing industry.
Skills:
- Strong hands-on knowledge of accounting processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and basic reporting.
- Robust understanding of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and accounting closure activities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
