About HiWox

HiWox is building a HealthTech and wellness platform focused on preventive healthcare, personalized wellness, health intelligence and measurable transformation through 9 areas of wellness: physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, occupational, environmental, financial, and sexual & reproductive wellness.

We are currently in the initial product testing and development stage and are building a multidisciplinary founding team across healthcare, technology, product, data and business.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist who can take ownership of the data science, AI and health intelligence function at HiWox.

The role will focus on building data-driven systems around the Digital Health Index, wellness assessments, personalization, predictive analytics, recommendations and measurable transformation.

This is an equity-based founding team opportunity for someone who wants to build the data function from the ground up and work closely with healthcare, wellness, product and technology experts.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop data science frameworks for the Digital Health Index and 9-domain wellness assessment ecosystem.

- Build scoring, predictive and recommendation models for personalized wellness and preventive healthcare.

- Identify relevant health, lifestyle and behavioural parameters and convert them into structured datasets and analytical models.

- Develop personalized recommendations based on user assessment, behaviour, goals and progress.

- Build models for wellness risk identification, segmentation, user profiling and transformation tracking.





- Analyse user and wellness data to identify patterns, correlations and actionable insights.

- Work with doctors, nutritionists, psychologists, fitness professionals and other domain experts to translate domain knowledge into data models.

- Build dashboards and analytical systems for users, consultants, management and internal teams.

- Establish data pipelines, data quality processes, experimentation frameworks and model evaluation systems.

- Research and implement AI/ML applications that can improve health intelligence, personalization and user experience.

- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to integrate data science models into the HiWox platform.

- Help establish responsible data practices, privacy-conscious workflows and appropriate safeguards for health-related data.

Ideal Candidate

- Strong experience in data science, machine learning, statistics and predictive modelling.

- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL and relevant ML/data science frameworks.

- Experience with predictive modelling, classification, clustering, recommendation systems, NLP or other relevant ML techniques.

- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, experimentation and model evaluation.

- Experience with healthcare, wellness, behavioural, lifestyle or other human-centric datasets is an advantage.

- Strong research and analytical mindset with the ability to work with complex, multidisciplinary problems.





- Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

- Comfortable working with incomplete or unstructured data and building systems from scratch.

- Strong interest in AI, preventive healthcare, personalized wellness and health intelligence.

- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently in an early-stage environment.

This is an equity-only opportunity with no fixed salary at the current stage.

The expected contribution is 20–25 hours per week on a remote, part-time basis. We are looking for someone genuinely interested in building long-term value and taking ownership of a critical function.

The founder onboarding process includes 3–4 strategic discussions followed by a 1-month NDA-based collaboration phase to evaluate technical capability, ownership, execution and long-term alignment.

Equity will be structured based on contribution, responsibility and commitment, with a 5-year vesting structure for core founding members.

Fixed compensation will be introduced after fundraising and revenue stabilization.
