Job Summary

We are looking for a B2B Sales Manager with strong experience in Electronic & Home Appliances sales, preferably with hands-on experience in Industrial/Institutional Marketing. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, handling B2B clients, generating orders, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage B2B sales for electronic and home appliance products.
2. Handle industrial, institutional and corporate customers.
3. Identify new business opportunities through market visits, networking and lead generation.
4. Develop relationships with factories, industries, offices, institutions, dealers, distributors and commercial buyers.
5. Conduct product presentations and explain product features, benefits and commercial terms.
6. Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate and close deals.
7. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment follow-up.
9. Conduct regular industrial market visits and identify potential customers.
10. Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.
11. Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, dispatch and customer requirements.
12. Maintain sales reports, customer database and regular follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements

1. Graduate preferred.
2. 2–5 years of experience in B2B / Industrial Sales.
3. Experience in Electronic, Electrical, Home Appliances or Consumer Durable industry preferred.
4. Industrial Marketing experience is preferred/mandatory.
5. Strong knowledge of B2B customer handling and business development.
6. Valuable communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
7. Comfortable with field sales and industrial market visits.
8. Strong local market knowledge and customer network will be an advantage.
