Education: D.EEE
Experience: 2–5 years in utility maintenance
Skills:
o Strong knowledge of utility systems and preventive maintenance practices.
o Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
o Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
o Familiarity with safety and compliance standards
Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on utility systems (water, HVAC, electrical, compressed air, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and repair utility equipment to minimize downtime.
- Monitor utility performance and maintain records of maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or installations.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
- Assist in planning and implementing energy-saving initiatives.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools required for utility maintenance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹204,000.00 - ₹276,000.00 per year
