AI-Native Creative UI & Content Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and AI-native UI & Content Engineer who can combine UI/UX design, Figma, WordPress, AI-generated content, graphics, and video editing.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking an idea from concept → Figma design → visual assets → WordPress implementation → final content.

Candidates with more than 3 years of professional experience will not be considered. Candidates with less experience but a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Create contemporary and creative UI/UX designs using Figma for websites, landing pages, and digital experiences.
- Convert Figma designs into responsive WordPress websites.
- Customize WordPress themes, templates, page builders, and plugins.
- Ensure designs are responsive, user-friendly, visually consistent, and practical to implement.
- Create graphics, illustrations, social media creatives, marketing assets, and other visual content.
- Create and edit videos, reels, promotional content, motion graphics, and AI-generated videos.
- Use AI tools to accelerate design, content creation, ideation, image/video generation, and creative workflows.
- Experiment with emerging AI tools and continuously improve creative workflows.
- Work with HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript to implement and troubleshoot web designs.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and product teams and incorporate feedback quickly.

Required Skills

- Strong Figma skills and good understanding of UI/UX principles.




- Hands-on WordPress experience.
- Ability to convert Figma → WordPress.
- Strong HTML/CSS and responsive web design knowledge.
- Good visual design and creative thinking.
- Experience with graphics/content creation.
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills.
- Strong interest in Generative AI and AI-powered creative tools.
- Ability to learn new tools quickly and experiment independently.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

- Elementor, Gutenberg, Divi, or similar WordPress experience.
- Basic JavaScript.
- Adobe Creative Suite / Canva.
- AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Sora, Kling, Figma AI, etc.
- Motion graphics or animation.
- Basic SEO and website performance knowledge.
- Social media content creation.

Portfolio

Portfolio is highly important for this role.

Candidates should ideally share examples of:

- Figma UI/UX designs
- Website/landing page designs
- Figma-to-WordPress projects
- AI-generated graphics
- Social media creatives
- Video editing/reels
- Motion graphics or other creative work

We value portfolio quality, creativity, curiosity, and learning ability more than simply years of experience.
