Marketing Executive / Sales Executive

Dairy Fresh Ice Creams is looking for an energetic and motivated Marketing Executive / Sales Executive to help expand our business and increase our presence across Shivamogga and surrounding areas.

The main responsibility of this role is to visit shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés, and other potential outlets, introduce Dairy Fresh Ice Creams, generate new sales, and bring more outlets into our distribution network.

This is a field-based role, so the candidate should be comfortable travelling locally and meeting shop owners and business owners regularly.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit potential shops and outlets to introduce and promote Dairy Fresh Ice Creams.
- Identify and bring new outlets, retailers, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and other businesses on board.
- Build and maintain good relationships with shop owners and customers.
- Generate new sales and work towards monthly sales and outlet acquisition targets.
- Regularly visit existing outlets and ensure good coordination and customer satisfaction.
- Take orders and coordinate with the company regarding supply and delivery.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into regular outlets.
- Understand the market and identify new areas and opportunities for business expansion.
- Collect market feedback and share information about customer preferences and competitor activity with management.




- Help increase brand awareness and visibility in the local market.
- Maintain records of shop visits, new leads, sales, and outlets acquired.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve sales and business growth targets.

Basic Requirements

- Previous experience in sales, marketing, FMCG, food products, or field marketing is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently approach and speak with shop owners and business owners.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven role.
- Ability to travel regularly within Shivamogga and nearby areas.
- Must have their own two-wheeler/vehicle and a valid driving licence.
- Knowledge of the local market is preferred.
- Kannada communication skills are essential. Basic English communication is an advantage.
- Ability to build relationships and negotiate with customers.
