About the Role

Vaidban Ayurved Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-driven CEO / COO to lead overall business execution, drive sustainable growth, strengthen organisational systems, and build a high-performance leadership culture.

This is a senior leadership position requiring someone who can work directly with the Managing Director (MD) and take ownership of business performance, strategy execution, teams, processes, and operational excellence.

We are looking for a business leader—not just a functional executive—who has demonstrated the ability to build teams, systems, processes, and scalable businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall business operations and execution across departments.
- Partner closely with the MD on business strategy, planning, and execution.
- Own P&L;, revenue growth, profitability, and business performance.
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term growth strategies.
- Drive performance across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and other key functions.
- Build a strong leadership team with clear KRAs, KPIs, and accountability.
- Establish and implement effective SOPs, systems, processes, and reporting structures.
- Identify operational gaps and implement solutions for improved efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor business performance through data, dashboards, reviews, and MIS.
- Drive organisational discipline, professional culture, and cross-functional collaboration.




- Identify new business opportunities, markets, channels, and growth initiatives.
- Ensure execution of strategic decisions within defined timelines.
- Build a scalable organisation capable of supporting the company's next phase of growth.

What We Are Looking For

- 15–20+ years of proven industry experience in senior leadership roles.
- Strong track record of delivering measurable business results.
- Experience managing large teams and multiple business functions.
- Strong understanding of P&L; management, revenue, profitability, and business growth.
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making capability.
- Experience in building and implementing systems, SOPs, processes, and performance frameworks.
- Solid strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution ability.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, ownership, and accountability.
- Ability to work directly with the MD and operate in a high-growth business environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and people-management skills.
- Candidates should be able to join immediately or within a short notice period.

Compensation

Salary: Competitive / As per experience and proven track record.
