Job Overview

HireKarma is looking for Business Development Executives & Sales Executives with a strong sales mindset and a passion for achieving targets. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, sales conversion and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, referrals and other channels.
- Identify, qualify and develop potential business opportunities.
- Convert leads into clients and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
- Communicate with prospects and clients to understand requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage follow-ups and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Track sales activities, leads and conversions through CRM / internal systems.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.
- Contribute directly to revenue growth and overall business expansion.

Candidate Profile

- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales,



B2B Sales or Client Acquisition.
- Solid communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performance team.
- Candidates with experience in B2B sales, recruitment sales, HR services or SaaS sales will be preferred.
