Job Overview

Aalaya Engineering Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a qualified Electrical Engineer based at our Gurugram Head Office to manage and oversee electrical engineering operations for our building construction projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate design planning, procurement support, and site execution for residential and commercial structures.

Key Responsibilities

- Design & Review: Evaluate electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), lighting layouts, and power distribution plans to ensure alignment with project specs and IS codes.
- Site Execution & Oversight: Coordinate with site execution teams, MEP consultants, and contractors for HT/LT electrical works, transformer installations, DG sets, cabling, and earthing systems.
- Quality & Compliance: Inspect electrical materials on-site, verify compliance with safety standards, and ensure works adhere to NBC (National Building Code) and DISCOM guidelines.




- Billings & Estimation: Prepare and verify Bill of Quantities (BOQs), review contractor invoices, and assist in technical evaluations for vendor selection.
- Inter-department Coordination: Work closely with civil, architectural, and plumbing teams to resolve on-site technical conflicts.

Requirements

- Education: B.Tech / B.E. or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 3–6 years of hands-on experience in building construction or MEP projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, load calculation, reading structural/MEP drawings, and knowledge of safety protocols.
- Soft Skills: Robust site management, vendor negotiation, and team coordination capabilities.
