Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing function and drive high-quality leads for a growing international home services business.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Google Ads, Google Local Services Ads (LSA), Google Guaranteed, and local PPC marketing. The candidate will be responsible for campaign strategy, team management, lead quality, budget optimization, and overall marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Google Local Services Ads (LSA) campaigns.
- Handle Google Guaranteed onboarding, verification, and compliance.
- Develop local PPC strategies for different locations and service areas.
- Manage advertising budgets and improve CPL, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Monitor LSA leads, identify invalid leads, and manage lead disputes.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and call tracking platforms.
- Coordinate with the SEO team for Google Business Profile (GBP) and local marketing strategies.
- Conduct keyword research,



competitor analysis, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team.
- Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to improve lead quality and business results.
- Stay updated with Google Ads, LSA, and digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Requirements

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing and Google Ads.
- 5+ years of experience managing Google Local Services Ads (LSA) and Google Guaranteed.
- Proven experience in managing and leading digital marketing teams.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, GTM, GBP, Looker Studio, and lead tracking.
- Experience managing significant advertising budgets.
- Strong understanding of PPC, local SEO, lead generation, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Google Ads Certification will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
