Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 4 years in designing and developing user-centric web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both design principles and front-end development, coupled with a keen understanding of tech product management. This role demands a creative thinker who can translate complex requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Design & Development: Craft and implement innovative UI/UX solutions for web and mobile platforms, ensuring responsiveness and cross-platform compatibility.
- Product Ownership: Take full ownership of the design aspects of product development—ensuring alignment with user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
- Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and gather feedback.
- User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs for optimal user experience.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure designs are optimized for speed and scalability across various devices and platforms.
- Consistency:



Maintain consistency in visual elements and behaviors across all products and platforms.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team

Required Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in UI/UX design and development, with a robust portfolio showcasing web projects (must have).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with front-end frameworks.
- Design Tools: Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma(must have) , Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Product Management: Good understanding of tech product management principles and the ability to align design strategies with product goals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a user-centered approach to design.
