JOB OPENING FOR : Factory Managerial Head for offset printing and corrugation plants.

Position Title: Factory Manager ( Printing / Packaging )

Industry Vertical: Offset Printing , Packaging and corrugation

Location : Okhla Phase – III & Okhla Phase - II , Delhi , India

Job Experience Required : 5-10+ Years in an offset printing firm with packaging specialisation

Reporting Hierarchy: Reports directly to the owners/partners of the firm

Key Responsibilities :

- Production Engineering : Direct and optimise daily workflows across Pre-Press, Press (Offset/Digital), and Post-Press (Binding, Lamination, Cutting, and Packaging) divisions.
- Environmental & Pollution Compliance: Oversee direct compliance with the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) guidelines concerning the safe disposal of hazardous printing chemicals, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), ink sludges, and industrial effluents.
- Oversight of operations: Oversee offset printing (sheet‑fed and web‑fed presses), die‑cutting, lamination, and corrugation processes
- Material & Inventory Management: Supervise raw material intake channels (paper reels, plates, specialized films, inks) and coordinate with central procurement units to prevent inventory stockouts or over-purchasing and Control OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), machine uptime, and preventive maintenance schedules
- Manufacturing Compliance oversight: Ensure compliance with statutory norms, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), and regulatory requirements when required.
- Collaborative Endeavour's: Collaborate with senior , mid and lower level management for capacity planning, cost reduction, and client satisfaction




- Computer oriented KRA : Basic ability to create costing using excel and other software’s as well as Create die layouts , basic design editing using CorelDRAW and illustrator.
- Maintenance Frameworks: Establish preventative and breakdown engineering maintenance structures for high-speed printing presses and binding assemblies to guarantee continuous machine uptime
- Customer Relationship Management : Handle daily communication and griviences with the parties , as well as manage & designate Orders & PO’s.
- Liaison & Inspections: Act as the face of the organization during official audits, inspections, and licensing renewals conducted by Factory Inspectors, Fire Safety Departments, Local Municipal Bodies, and Labor Commissioners.
- Labor Law Matrix: Administer complete statutory compliance for the plant workforce, including the Minimum Wages Act, Contract Labour (R&A;) Act, Employees' Provident Funds (EPF) Act, and Employees' State Insurance (ESI) Act.
- Factories Act Adherence: Serve as the primary custodian for plant-level compliance under The Factories Act, 1948, governing working hours, safety guards, ventilation, health audits, and overtime management.
- Logistics Oversight:



Audit dispatch channels to ensure finished consignments are logged accurately into the systems and handed over to logistics partners efficiently.

Required Skills :

- Expertise in offset printing technology, packaging design tolerances, corrugated board specifications
- Strong knowledge of colour management systems, and print quality assurance tools
- Proficiency in quality control systems, production planning, and inventory control
- Hands‑on experience with Heidelberg, Komori, Bobst, and other industry‑leading machinery
- Ability to balance high‑volume production with stringent quality benchmarks
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Required Education : Undergraduate/Post Graduate Degree in Industrial or Mechanical engineering / Printing Engineering / Packaging or Similar fields with practical exposure. Any Business / Management education is highly advantagious.
