Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled, creative Architectural 3D Artist / Visualizer (3+ years experience) to transform 2D drawings, CAD/BIM files, and sketches into photorealistic interior and exterior renderings. The role requires strong expertise in 3D modeling, lighting, physically plausible materials, camera composition, and advanced post-production.

Key Responsibilities

- Build detailed, accurate 3D architectural models from AutoCAD drawings, PDFs, and design sketches.
- Produce high-resolution, photorealistic exterior and interior still renders with physically accurate materials, lighting, reflections, and context.
- Develop terrain, contours, roads, and landscape elements for site and master-plan visualizations.
- Perform post-production and compositing in Adobe Photoshop (color grading, atmospheric effects, entourage integration).




- Collaborate with architects and interior designers to interpret design intent and implement revisions efficiently.
- Maintain clean UV mapping, optimized scene hygiene, proxy workflows, and organized asset/material libraries.
- Create 360° panoramas, animations, and walkthroughs as required.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural visualization (ArchViz).
- Core Software: Advanced proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max and V-Ray and/or Corona Renderer.
- Post-Production: Strong command of Adobe Photoshop for architectural image finishing.
- Technical Understanding: Ability to accurately read and interpret architectural plans, elevations, sections, and levels.
- Artistic Eye: Strong grasp of composition, scale, lighting, color theory, and photographic realism.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

- Experience with real-time rendering tools (D5 Render, Lumion, Enscape, or Unreal Engine).
- Familiarity with Revit / BIM geometry import and cleanup workflows.
- Experience modeling architectural developments on sloping or hilly terrain.
- Competence in SketchUp, Blender, or Rhino.
