Key Responsibilities:
1. Motion & Video
Create engaging motion graphics, animations, reels, films, and digital content.
Handle video editing, transitions, typography, compositing, and basic VFX.
Convert static designs and creative concepts into compelling motion.
Create content in multiple formats and aspect ratios for different platforms.
2. Creative & Conceptualisation
Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, and Creative Leads.
Contribute to brainstorming, visual storytelling, storyboards, and motion concepts.
Bring fresh visual ideas and experiment with new styles and formats.
3. AI & New-Age Tools
Have hands-on knowledge of AI tools for image generation, video generation, animation, and creative exploration.
Work with platforms such as Higgsfield, Runway, Google Veo, Midjourney, Kling, Luma, Adobe Firefly, or similar tools.
Explore AI-assisted workflows to improve speed, experimentation, and creative output.
Stay updated with emerging AI and motion-design technologies.
4. Brand & Quality




Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.
Ensure high-quality output across animation, editing, sound, and final exports.
Manage multiple projects while meeting timelines and handling feedback effectively. Qualifications:
4 6 years of experience in Motion Graphics, Animation, or Video Editing.
Strong portfolio/showreel showcasing motion and video work.
Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Robust understanding of typography, composition, pacing, transitions, and storytelling.
Good understanding of social media formats and digital content.
Bonus Points For
Experience with AI-generated video and image workflows.
Knowledge of 3D, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar tools.
Experience in an agency or multi-brand environment.
Strong understanding of current social media and motion-design trends
