- Strong hands-on ServiceNow development and integration experience.
- Good knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP web services, JSON, XML, OAuth, Basic Auth, certificates, and API troubleshooting tools.
- Hands-on experience with Integration Hub, Flow Designer, custom actions, custom spokes, MID Server, import sets, transform maps, and scripted REST APIs.
- Strong JavaScript knowledge, including Glide APIs, business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI policies, and scheduled scripts.
- Experience in integration design, data mapping, payload transformation, error handling, and performance tuning.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, ITOM/Event Management, CSM, or SPM based on project need.
- Ability to work directly with client technical teams, understand end-to-end process flow, and explain technical points in simple language.
- Positive problem-solving skills and ownership mindset for build, testing, defect fixing, deployment, and hypercare support.
