Overview: Lead end-to-end solution architecture, design, and governance for Okta Customer Identity Solutions (CIS), OIG, and Workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering to design identity lifecycle (JML), authentication/MFA, and Zero Trust strategies.
- Architect federation, Org2Org integrations, and app onboarding using SAML 2.0, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM.
- Design governance frameworks including Access Requests, Access Certifications, and automated Workflows.
- Provide technical oversight, review custom connectors, and define tenant promotion strategies (Preview/Production).
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in Okta Identity Cloud, Okta Identity Governance (OIG), Workflows, and Universal Directory.
- Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise IAM, RBAC, SoD, and integrating HR systems with Okta.
- Preferred familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Solid leadership, technical documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
