Job Description:

- Own the founders' LinkedIn presence end to end: content calendar, drafting in each founder's

- distinct voice, posting cadence, comment engagement, and audience growth. A weekly

- operating rhythm, not a campaign

- Own the industry presence pipeline end to end - speaking proposals, conference CFPs,

- award entries, jury and advisory invitations, and industry body participation

- Ghost-write bylined articles and expert commentary for the founders on consumer supply

- chains, quick commerce, applied AI in retail, and the India sports category - and place them

- Build direct relationships with business, retail, startup and tech press.

- Support senior hiring with founder and company visibility

- Maintain the messaging house: consistency across LinkedIn, press, hiring collateral, and

- public commentary

- Run the prospect tracker: every deadline, submission and follow-up in one place, nothing

- missed
