Job Description:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and

- onboarding coordination.

- Understand hiring requirements and work closely with hiring managers and

- business stakeholders to define role expectations.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, internal

- databases, and other relevant channels.

- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, cultural fit, and role requirements.

- Conduct initial candidate discussions and maintain a strong candidate experience

- throughout the hiring process.

- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback from hiring managers.

- Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and offer-to-joining conversion.





- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for recurring and critical positions.

- Track recruitment metrics including open positions, closures, turnaround time,

- source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.

- Partner with stakeholders to ensure recruitment requirements are closed within agreed

- timelines.

- Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular hiring updates and reports.

- Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives as required.

- Contribute to improving sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and overall hiring

- efficiency.
