Job Description:

- Develop creative and engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

- Ideate and create Reels, short-form videos, carousels, static posts, stories, and other social-first formats.

- Develop content around health, wellness, nutrition, fitness, beauty, lifestyle and consumer trends.

- Stay updated on social media trends, formats, memes, creators, and emerging content styles and translate them into relevant brand content.

- Write compelling hooks, scripts, captions, and CTAs that drive engagement.

- Conceptualize content from ideation to execution, including scripting, shooting coordination, and post-production.

- Collaborate with influencers, creators, subject-matter experts, and internal teams for content development.

- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form, platform-specific formats.

- Ensure all content is accurate, credible, brand-aligned, and easy for consumers to understand, particularly for health and wellness topics.

- Track content performance and use insights to improve future content.

- Contribute to the monthly/weekly content calendar and campaign ideation.
