Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Graphic Designer who can manage Vegrow's day-to-day design requirements across different teams. The role will involve creating posters, social media creatives, pamphlets/brochures, event creatives, internal communication materials and other brand collaterals. The person will also be expected to handle video editing requirements and work closely with different teams to understand their requirements and turn them into engaging creatives

Responsibilities

- Create posters, pamphlets, brochures, social media posts and other creatives for events, campaigns, festivals and brand initiatives.
- Create employee engagement, appreciation and internal communication creatives, along with creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, WhatsApp and other platforms.
- Understand design briefs from different teams, independently take the creative from concept to final delivery,



and coordinate revisions with stakeholders until approval.
- Handle video editing requirements for social media, campaigns and internal communications.
- Maintain and organise source files, final files, brand assets and reusable templates, ensuring all creatives align with Vegrow's brand identity and visual standards.
- Actively use AI and other creative tools for idea generation, visual references, creative exploration and faster execution — this is an significant part of the role.
